Refund Policy

  • Registrations and tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Ticket Purchases: Tickets for showcases, workshops, and events are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Missed sessions and force majeure events are non-refundable.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable unless canceled at least two weeks before the start date of your classes.

  • Workshop fees, ticket purchases, miniseries fees, and festival fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • For any cancellation (regardless of the reason), an administration fee of €25 per person will be charged.

  • Membership fees, workshop fees, and miniseries registrations are non-transferable.

  • In the case of a serious medical emergency, you may request to freeze your membership or miniseries registration and transfer it to another season. These transfers will become void one year after the original start date.

  • Membership fees, workshop fees, and miniseries registrations are fixed amounts and cannot be divided.

  • Missed lessons or miniseries sessions cannot be refunded.

  • If ABC a Bollywood Company cancels a class, workshop, or miniseries session for any reason, we will provide a replacement or rescheduled session.

  • If classes, workshops, or miniseries sessions cannot proceed due to force majeure (e.g., war, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control), refunds will not be possible.

Please note: ABC a Bollywood Company reserves the right to update these policies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Any updates will be made with fairness and transparency.
